Franklin Flower House

Franklin Flower House has done multiple arrangements for me now, both for personal and business purposes, and they are always incredible! Katie has such an amazing talent for listening to what her customers want, what the occasion is, and finding the most seasonal, gorgeous blooms to make someone's day special. She is quick to respond, prompt in service, and so thoughtful and friendly to work with. I don't use any other service for flowers anymore-she's the best!

Place an online order for our anniversary and had it delivered to the Marriott. The flowers were there when we arrived and my wife was so surprised. The bouquet was beautiful. They did a wonderful job. The website was easy to use.

I've wanted to order from here for a while and so it was built up in my head already - follow them on social media and was always super impressed. So I decided to order the designer's choice for my mother's birthday as my first experience with them and was as blown away as I had hoped I would be. I will absolutely order from them again!!!!

Received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers and have to share how stunning they are. The photos do not do the bouquet justice, but Franklin Flower House knocked this bouquet out of the park. I would definitely recommend ordering from them. You will not be disappointed!

10/10 would absolutely recommend! I ordered flowers for my boyfriend’s grandmother, who has asthma, and Katie was incredibly helpful in selecting flowers that wouldn’t trigger it. I live in a different state, so I really appreciated the extra care and communication. The arrangement was beautiful, and the whole process was seamless. Hands down the best flower shop experience I’ve ever had!
